Our Ode to Convergence, named so because of its inventive pattern which includes intersecting lines marked by crosses at their convergence. This is representative of Kuroo's stylistic tendency to depict interaction and juxtaposition between various elements. The muted color palette paired with all natural wool and linen breathe life into this design.

A 10% customization surcharge will be applicable for custom size and/or colour.

What is the Stain Resistant Treatment?

Ruggism Stain Resistant Treatment creates an invisible coating to prevent stains from the most common spills. Most recommended for Bamboo, Tencel and Silk rugs.

Care Instructions

  • Vacuum regularly, do not brush or scrub the rug
  • Rotate occasionally to equalise wear
  • If spills occur, blot immediately with a micro-fibre cloth, try not to rub the stain
  • Professional dry cleaning, if necessary

Hiromitsu Kuroo is a contemporary artist who chooses to keep alive the art of origami through collage painting. Born in Yokohama, Japan, Kuroo's focus lies in highlighting the interplay and energy of collaged canvas pieces to accentuate various shapes within his compositions.

Showcasing internationally from New York to Tokyo, Kuroo lays emphasis on the interplay and juxtaposition of different elements in collaged canvas pieces, a trait that can be observed in the rug collection as well.
